CADAS are committed to reducing harmful addiction across Cumbria and to offering support and advice without judgement to anyone who needs it. We hold drop-in sessions every Wednesday 10.30am-12noon at the CADAS offices in Carlisle. Whether you are struggling with addiction yourself or know someone who is, a CADAS coach is available to speak to discreetly.
