CADAS is currently a support organisation working with Work Well North. Work Well deliver wellbeing-focused interventions to help employed adults stay well, manage health conditions, and remain in work. This service will be targets working age adults who have the right to work in the UK and are either:

• In work and living with one or more long-term conditions, and therefore at risk of becoming economically inactive.

• Not in work (short term economically inactive) living with one or more long-term health conditions.

• Have had one or more fit notes (Med 3) in the past six months.

• Live in the NENC ICB – North Cumbria locality footprint

For Work Well, CADAS is delivering impactful drug and alcohol recovery sessions and health promotion awareness campaigns to support prevention and healthy lifestyle.
