About the event
Why is HHH important?
Healthy Habit Hacking aims to empower people to manage the health challenges that often exist alongside ADHD and/or the (peri)menopause.
People with ADHD or experiencing the perimenopause or menopause may be more susceptible to physical health issues and chronic conditions. These can develop due to lifestyle habits which are often used as coping strategies. Over time, these habits can become deeply ingrained, making it harder to change them without specific, structured support.
What will we cover?
- “Atomic Habits” –the science behind all habit making/breaking tools and techniques,
- Alcohol, smoking and vaping,
- Sleeping,
- Healthy eating v. junk food and sugar,
- Getting active.
You don’t have to have issues in all of these areas in order to attend as this course is preventative.
What’s our delivery style?
We offer this session in a supportive peer group setting, providing a welcoming space for you to explore and try out some of our top tips for making positive changes and overcoming unhelpful habits.
*Please don't use the main Manna House reception but continue round the buidling to a side door marked 'CADAS' and ring the doorbell.*
