Employer Employee Engagement Programme

Employers often notice early signs: rising absenteeism or lateness, declining work quality, lapses in concentration, changes in behaviour or mood, and a general loss of reliability. These are not signs of a 'bad employee' - they're signs someone needs support.

CADAS provide a proactive, cost-effective solution: employer-funded recovery coaching that helps staff address dependency early, regain stability, and meet clear workplace-focused milestones. This approach allows employers to retain valuable team members, reduce avoidable recruitment and training costs, and foster a positive, supportive, and safer working environment - while giving employees the compassionate, specialist help they need to get back on track.

Why Early Intervention Matters

Not everyone who struggles with alcohol or substance use required full rehabilitation. Many people face issues that are subtle but growing:

  • Increased absenteeism

  • Frequent lateness

  • Reduced focus or performance errors

  • Changes in behaviour or reliability

These are often signs of a developing dependency - one that can be addressed early with the right support.
