Healthy habit hacking is a one day wellbeing programme, comprising of six modules. It helps staff, volunteers, and service users build healthier habits, boost everyday wellbeing, and reduce lifestyle-related harms through simple, science-backed strategies.
Habit Science & Behaviour Change

A lively dive into how habits actually work. Participants explore dopamine, triggers and routines, and test out tiny, doable behaviour shifts that create long-term change.
Physical Activity

A motivating session on moving more - without guilt. Participants reflect on their current habits and create simple, achievable action plans.
Sleep Hygiene

Why sleep matters, what gets in the way, and which small tweaks make the biggest difference. Interactive self-checks help people spot quick wins.
Managing Money

A compassionate space to understand money habits, emotional spending, stress, and financial wellbeing. Includes tools to build healthier, more confident money routines.
Overeating and Sugar Awareness

A practical look at cravings, emotional eating and hidden sugars. Participants explore their own patterns and build personalised, realistic strategies.
Substances, Gambling
& Habit Loops

A non-judgemental exploration of alcohol, substances and gambling. Participants learn about risk, motivations and coping strategies, and get clear signposting for support.
