Family Support
The CADAS Family Support Project will help you with your addictive behaviour and support you as a family unit. Our personalised support encompasses parenting skills, mental health and emotional wellbeing, reducing isolation and signposting to additional support where necessary.
Therapeautic Support
1-1 therapeutic sessions, with trained staff provide the opportunity to find new ways to approach the challenges you are facing. We will agree a plan together and work with you to achieve recovery.
Tools Available
Mindfulness- an evidence based practice of focusing your attention on the present moment, helping to improve emotional resilience and our ability to deal with stressful situations.
The Decider Skills- these skills use CBT to teach individuals how to recognise their thoughts, feelings and behaviour, enabling them to monitor and manage their own emotions and mental health.
Accu-stimulation (Black box) and EFT (Tapping)- where available, please speak to a member of staff.
