CADAS has been operating in throughout Cumbria for over 30 years. As part of its holistic services for people with alcohol and drug problems we also deliver a family support service.

Carers and Families are often ignored because of the attention given to the person with the problem. Families attempt to keep relationships going and continue to offer support in the most difficult and sometimes distressing circumstances. We are there to help, providing a free service to help families cope.

CADAS is an independent Cumbrian agency, which respects confidentiality and is non-judgemental.

CADAS offers a range of services for addictive behaviours, from our local centres in Workington, Kendal, Penrith, Carlisle and Barrow in Furness. CADAS Parent/ Carer/ Family Support offers opportunities to live healthier and happier lives by offering: -
