HOW CAN CADAS HELP FAMILIES? Cadas offers a variety of support services to anyone who is affected by someone else’s drug or alcohol use. Problems caused by drugs & alcohol can be hard to talk about. You are not alone and we are here to help. All services are free, non-judgemental, confidential and are provided throughout Cumbria from bases in Penrith, Workington, Carlisle, Barrow-in-Furness and Kendal.
