We provide the following services to the people of Cumbria:

Substance misuse specific services, requiring interface with drug and alcohol recovery.

DASH (Drugs, Alcohol and Sexual Health) programmes

CADAS Communication Service:- Young People and Homelessness Mediation
Neighbourhood Mediation

Parent Carer Family Support Service

Open access drug and alcohol services.
This includes drug and alcohol information and advice services and ad-hoc support.

Structured, 1-1 addictive behaviour services.
This includes Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Blackbox Therapy (electrical balancing of neuro transmitters to reduce stress and improve well-being) and one to one Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and elements of other modalities.

Training services.
CADAS has a very strong and proven track record in providing community awareness, workforce and personal training courses. Our ‘Understanding and Working With Addictive Behaviours’ course has recently been accredited by the University Of Cumbria at Cert level 4. Please contact us for further details of courses available, entry requirements and how to enroll.

We provide services to anyone, from individuals of all ages, through family and friends to workforces and communities, without prejudice or judgement.
