Big Lottery Project - Barrow Centre - The Barrow Big Lottery Project is based in the Paradise Street Centre in Barrow-in-Furness’ town centre and the project staff and volunteers deliver support and training to people across the Furness area.
The project’s primary objective is to enhance the lives of the local community through the reduction of harm caused to them by the use or misuse of alcohol and drugs, by providing opportunities to access free one to one support and free Drug & Alcohol awareness Training.

Big Lottery Project Carlisle -The Carlisle Project covered by Carlisle and Eden District council and Carlisle city council aims to improve the health of local people who are damaging themselves with drink or drugs. We provide training for local people including ex users to up skill themselves, improve their self-awareness, confidence and communication skills not only to help others live a more resourceful life but help themselves in terms of employment and further education and training

NALS - The Nutrition and Lifestyle Service will offer two main options for clients aged 18 and over:
Brief Intervention – Clients will be offered 1-4 sessions to obtain generic healthy eating and lifestyle recommendations.
Personalised Support – Clients will be offered 12 sessions during which time they can obtain personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle recommendations. Each session will focus on different topics, depending on the needs of the client.

Parent Carer Family Support -Is your life affected by someone else’s alcohol or drug use?
FREE confidential support in a safe environment

The STARS project is for young people aged 11 to 25 years old.
