Cumbria Communication Service-
A free and confidential service delivered from our centre in Barrow-in-Furness. The Communication service is delivered by both paid staff and trained community volunteers and supports those who are experiencing the following:
Family Conflict
Neighbourhood Disputes
Young people at risk of losing their home
Through the use of mediation Cadas staff and volunteers will support both parties to explore solutions to enable a mutually agreed and positive outcome.
Referrals can be made in person, over the phone, and agencies can make referrals with consent.
Family Support-
A support service delivered by Nik Spiers to Parents, Carers or family members affected by someone else’s drug and/ or alcohol use or misuse. Please see the Family Support section of our website for more details.
